  • ・Lightweight and compact

    Thanks to the newly developed high-performance Ball screw and strengthened bearings, we have succeeded in reducing the overall length by up to 10% and the mass by up to 35% compared to the previous model (T series).The compact size and light weight make it easy to replace hydraulic cylinders.

  • ・A comprehensive lineup

    The rated thrust of the model has been expanded to 50 tons, making it easier to replace hydraulic cylinders with bore diameters of Φ250 mm.

  • ・Improved cost performance

    In addition to achieving cost reductions compared to conventional products by making the parts smaller and lighter, Power Cylinder is electrically driven, which means it saves more energy than hydraulic types and significantly reduces power consumption.

How to use each type (protective device) and its structure

Two types are available, each with a different safety mechanism.

  • ・B type (Wet-type slip clutch)

    Wet-type slip clutch is built into the screw shaft end of the reduction section.

    The special lining provides protection in the event of an overload.

    The special lining provides protection even during overstroke.

  • ・C type (Thrust detection limit switch)

    A thrust detection spring unit is built into the bracket.

    It is effective when an electrical signal is required for push (pull) stop or overload.

    An electrical signal is also output if an overload occurs from the load side while the motor is stopped or if the stroke is exceeded.

    *In particular, when subjected to impact, the built-in spring will deflect and absorb the impact load.

    *The 50-ton Thrust detection limit switch cannot be used for regular pushing (pulling) stop. Please use it as a safety device.

If replacing from T series

We offer the "U Series N Specification" which matches the installation dimensions of the T Series. The N Specification improves the expected travel distance of Ball screw by more than three times compared to conventional models, helping to reduce the frequency of cylinder replacement.
