Steel Type

  • *Compliant with JIS standards, we have the most commonly used sizes and tooth counts in stock and ready to ship.
  • *Made of carbon steel for machine construction, tooth tip specifications are available in hardened and non-hardened.
  • *Surface treatment specifications (special product):
    Depending on the corrosion resistance required, you can choose from black oxide, electroless nickel-phosphorus plating, or electro-galvanized plating (trivalent chromate treatment).
  • *Applicable chain sizes: S roller type: RF2040 to RF2160, R roller type: RF2040 to RF2100

Stainless steel type

  • *Made of austenitic stainless steel, it has excellent corrosion resistance and heat resistance, and can be used in high and low temperature environments.
  • *Applicable chain sizes: S roller type: RF2040 to RF2160, R roller type: RF2040 to RF2080
  • *We can also manufacture stainless steel wear-resistant specifications. Please contact us for details.
