Basic operation of TSM4000
- - When an overload condition (or light load condition) continues for a certain period of time (shock time) or longer, compared with a preset overload detection level, an abnormal load is notified to the outside.
- - Two upper limit and one lower limit error signals are provided, which can be used as warning signals or motor stop signals.
- When the motor starts, load detection is suspended for a preset time (start time) to avoid incorrect output during acceleration.
- - Equipped with a torque monitoring function (20 to 120 Hz) that is effective when using an inverter.
- - When the motor starts, the start time and shock time are counted at the same time, so the longer set time will be effective.
