Power cylinder T series multi-specification
- This electric cylinder can perfectly synchronize multiple cylinders with one motor (medium thrust of 39.2kN or less).
- There are two types: one without overload protection mechanism (LPTB) and one with thrust detection (LPTC).You can choose the type that suits your application.
- The Multi Series with a thrust of 4 tons or less has been renamed to "Power Cylinder T Series Multi Specification." There are no changes to the specifications.
For thrust of 6 tons or more, please consider the "Power Cylinder U Series Multi-Specification." - Allowable thrust: 4.90 to 39.2 kN

Thrust detection limit switch that detects and protects against overload can be built in. (LPTC)

・Tough structure
The operating section that supports the load and the reduction section are separated, so there is no change in gear tooth contact due to fluctuating loads.

By using an input shaft with sufficient strength, multiple units can be linked together.

The input shaft and trunnion are on the same axis, so oscillation is possible while operating in tandem.
How to use each type (protective device) and its structure

・Type B (without overload protection mechanism)
Since there is no overload protection mechanism, we recommend using our Shock Relay in combination, which is capable of detecting electrical overload protection on the input side.

・C type (Thrust detection limit switch)
The bracket has a built-in thrust detection spring unit, which is effective when an electrical signal is required for push (pull) stop or overload.
An electrical signal is also output if an overload occurs from the load side while the motor is stopped or if the stroke is exceeded.
*In particular, when subjected to impact, the built-in spring will deflect and absorb the impact load.

Power Cylinder T Series multi-specification is available as a special-order type that allows for even higher speed operation.
High-speed support
- - All sizes can operate at high speeds of 150 mm/s.
- -High-speed operation allows for faster equipment speeds.
- ・An air breather is attached to the actuator. *When ordering, please specify the location of the air breather, etc.

- *The high-speed Thrust detection limit switch cannot be used as a safety device. Also, since it cannot be used to stop by pushing, please use an inverter or similar to decelerate and stop the actuator. Please contact us for more information.
- *The external dimensions and screw lead of the actuator differ from the standard product. Please contact us for details.

Allowable thrust
This is the rated thrust at which the motor can operate.
Rotation and expansion
This shows the relationship between the rotation direction of the input shaft and the extension and contraction of the cylinder.
Nominal stroke
This is the stroke distance of the operating part. The manufacturing range varies depending on the thrust.
Option symbol
L: Comes with two external stroke adjustment LSs.
I: Comes with I-shaped End fitting.
Models with a thrust of 58.8kN {6000kgf} or more
I-type End fitting are standard (no additional symbol required).
J: It comes with bellows.
