■Main body chain specifications
- ・ Standard Series:
The main chain is made of steel, and its main dimensions are the same as those of a regular roller chain, but the shape of the pin ends is different.
Please note that the strength is weaker than RS roller chain for drives.
- ・ NP Series (Ni plating):
The main chain is Standard Series and nickel plated.
The Ni plating gives it a beautiful appearance and makes it rust-resistant.
- ・LMC NP Series (Lambda):
NP Series main chain uses special oil-impregnated bush that use NSF H1 compliant oil, allowing it to be used Lube-free (lambda) and for a long life.
- ・ SS Series:
All parts of the main chain are made of 18-8 stainless steel, so it can be used in environments where corrosion resistance is a priority.
- ・PC specifications:
The main chain uses Poly-steel chain (TN-C-PC). The connecting links are for TN type only.
Please note that the strength is weaker than RS roller chain for drives.
This Top chain is made of engineering plastic and 18-8 stainless steel, making it corrosion-resistant, Lube-free and quiet.
Note
1. Standard Series, NP Series, and SS Series require oiling of the chain.
2. If you wish to use SS Series in a special atmosphere, please contact us.
