  • The JWH (High lead ball screw type) is a screw jack that can achieve the same input rotation speed as the JWB type but with increased speed (up to 4 times faster).
  • The main components are a high-lead Ball screw and a high-precision worm gear.
  • A high-lead Ball screw is used for high-speed applications, and low noise is achieved by combining it with a reduction unit.

Features

  • ・High speed

    By using a highly reliable high-lead ball Ball screw, the screw shaft speed can be increased to a maximum of 7.5 m/min.

  • ・Noise reduction

    When the screw shaft speed is the same as that of the JWB (Ball screw type), the input rotation speed can be lowered by using a reduction unit in the drive source, which reduces the noise generated by the jack.

    *It does not have a self-locking mechanism, so a brake is required.
