Product Info Sprockets and Pin Gear Drive
A sprocket is a type of gear, also known as a chainwheel.
It is a mechanical element that can transmit the rotation of the shaft to the chain and the tension of the chain to the shaft.
Depending on whether or not a hub is included, there are types such as Type A (flat type), Type B (single hub type), and Type C (double hub type).
It is available in high strength and corrosion resistant specifications, and can be used in a variety of situations.

Features
- When used for Drive chain transmission, a large reduction ratio can be achieved by combining different numbers of teeth (generally up to 1:7).
- ・You can choose from a wide lineup of products, including not only pilot bore products but also products with machined shaft holes and additionally machined shaft holes (steel, stainless steel, resin, surface treatment, etc.).

A standard Double pitch sprocket series with a wide range of options to choose from.
Double pitch sprocket Fit Bore with shaft hole, keyway and tapped hole already machined for immediate use by the customer.
Fit Bore BR type with holes that allow bearings to be installed.
Double pitch Lock Sprocket that can be easily fastened and phased without a key.
