Features and lineup

You can choose from a wide range of products to suit your needs.

  • *Steel type:
    General-purpose type. Hardened tooth tip specifications are also available for improved wear resistance.
  • * TOUGH TOOTH:
    It has improved strength and durability, primarily for Heavy duty drive chain.
  • *Stainless steel type:
    It is mainly used in combination with stainless steel chains. We also have a selection of "wear-resistant" sprockets that use stainless steel with excellent corrosion resistance and have improved wear resistance.
    Note: Please use surface treated sprockets for coated chains.
  • *Engineering plastic type:
    Made of nylon resin, it can be operated without lubrication and is suitable for light load applications.
  • *Surface treatment specifications (special product):
    Depending on the corrosion resistance required, you can choose from black oxide, electroless nickel-phosphorus plating, or electro-galvanized plating (trivalent chromate treatment).
  • * Shaft mounted sprocket:
    The shaft is manufactured together with the sprocket and delivered together.

  • - Hardened tooth tip

    If you require increased tooth strength and wear resistance, we recommend sprockets with hardened teeth.
    Each size has a small tooth count machined carbon steel hub and a single dual type (SD).
    The tooth tips are hardened.

  • - Recommended sprocket for stainless steel chain HS Series.
  • - Improved wear resistance compared to stainless steel sprockets.
  • - Suitable not only HS Series stainless steel chains, but also for SS Series and other chains where you want to improve wear life.
    *The surface is treated to provide a longer life than stainless steel sprockets (based on our testing results).
    *Corrosion resistance is equivalent to that of stainless steel sprockets.

Shaft mounted sprocket

  • - No labor is required to assemble the sprocket onto the shaft.
  • ・No need for shaft acceptance inspection. Inspection results can be reported in the inspection report. (Charged)
  • ・It can be installed directly on the device after delivery. (Bearings and other components can be installed after consultation.)
  • - Sprockets and shafts are procured from the same supplier, which reduces management time compared to procuring them separately.

- You must select a sprocket that is compatible with your operating environment and the chain specifications you are using. For details, please refer to the compatibility chart for various chains and sprockets.

・The shaft hole is a pilot bore hole, so you will need to process the shaft hole yourself before use. If you require a product with a processed shaft hole, please click here

Use depending on the structure It is used when attaching to a rotating body such as the center member of a torque limiter. It is the most versatile.
