- Reduced damage to transported items and chains
The low magnetic force (approximately 60% of the magnetic force of the BTM8H type) reduces the impact when the transported item separates from the chain, minimizing damage to the transported item and chain.
If the magnet's magnetic force is too strong...
If the magnetic force is too strong, the tray will not separate from the chain easily, causing the chain on the inclined conveyor to lift up, and both the tray and the chain will be subjected to impact when transferring.
By using a low-magnetic-force magnet...
If the magnetic force is low, the impact when transferring will be small, and damage to both the tray and the chain will be minimal.

When transferring at right angles, if the magnetic force is low, the transfer will be smooth.

- Slide plug system is used, making cut and connect easy
A slide plug system is used on both sides of the chain.
It can be accessed from either the left or right side, so you can insert and remove pins simply by sliding the plug, which also helps reduce maintenance work.

A cylindrical magnet is used, preventing the magnet from flying out during sliding wear.
