RS roller chain is nickel-plated to give it a beautiful appearance, making it ideal for use in office machines and special-purpose machines where appearance is important.

- Mild corrosion resistance
It has mild corrosion resistance, so it can be used in environments where it is subject to water droplets.
However, please note that Maximum allowable load is approximately 15% lower than that of RS roller chain. -
・Operating temperature range
It can be used in temperatures ranging from -10°C to 60°C, but by using lubricant suitable for the operating temperature, it can be used up to 150°C.
When selecting sprocket specifications
It is necessary to select a sprocket specification that corresponds to the customer's operating environment and chain specifications.
A dedicated sprocket is required for Surface treated drive chain NP Series.
