- Parallel shaft helical gear reducer
- The TA series (0.1 to 0.4kW) uses an aluminum frame motor and silent brake, making it small, lightweight, and quiet to operate.
- TR series (0.75 - 2.2kW) is compatible with High Efficiency motors. (Premium Efficiency : IE3 )

It inherits the low-noise, long-life reduction gear unit that is the result of low-noise design and processing technology that has been proven over many years.

By using an aluminum frame motor, we have achieved even smaller and lighter size.

・Environmentally friendly
Electrostatic powder coating is used to improve paint quality, and thinner is not used, reducing volatile organic compound emissions (three-phase 0.75kW-1/75 or less).
Furthermore, in consideration of the environment, we have eliminated the use of wood and bolts in product packaging, and have adopted a cardboard and film wrapping method, thereby reducing industrial waste disposal for our customers.

Ease of use
It comes pre-filled with grease so you can use it right away.
There are no restrictions on the installation direction.
The output shaft end is tapped as standard.
A face mount is also available as standard, which can be easily fixed with bolts from the output shaft side using the screw holes on the gear case mounting surface.

- With inverter motor (0.1kW to 0.4kW only)
Inverter-compatible motors can be directly connected and are compatible with standard motors with the same dimensions.
Continuous operation with 100% constant torque is possible even at low speeds (from 6Hz).
Equipped with a High Efficiency motor of 0.75kW or more has the same characteristics as those with inverter motor.

GMTA: A type with a three-phase motor.
GMTR: A type equipped with a three-phase high-efficiency motor.
GMTS: Type with single-phase motor.
GRTA: A motor-less reducer available in two types: a double-shaft type or a type with an adapter that can mount a general-purpose flange motor.
Motor Capacity
For GMTA, GMTR, and GMTS: Motor capacity.
For GRTA: Indicates the value equivalent to the motor capacity.
Frame No.
This indicates the size of the reducer. For most models, this is the same value as the output shaft diameter.
It is automatically determined from the motor capacity and reduction ratio.
Mounting Type
L: Foot mount mounted type.
U: Face-mounted type.
F: Flange mounting type.
Face mount or flange mount?
It is automatically determined by the frame number.
Reduction ratio
Indicates the reduction ratio.
The range division corresponds to the frame number.
Specification Code
No symbol: If there is a motor but no brake, or if there is no motor and it is a double-shaft type, no specification symbol is required.
B: Add this when a motor is equipped with a brake.
FI: Add this when there is no motor and when using a motor mounting adapter type.
BE: A rotary encoder is installed at the rear of the motor. A brake is included.
SR: Install an electrical overload protection device called a "Shock Relay."

Z: This motor is compatible with inverter drive.
W: Suitable for outdoor installation.
WC: Outdoor type with brake, motor is continuously rated.
P: Comes with a plastic terminal box.
J: Suitable for installation in locations subject to water.

V1: The power supply voltage and frequency are 380V and 50Hz.
