Plastic Roller Double pitch Low Noise Series NP Specification

NP Series has nickel plating on all parts except Plastic Roller, providing mild corrosion resistance.
Compared to steel rollers, Plastic Roller have advantages such as being lighter, having lower rolling resistance, and being quieter, but the low-noise series uses special Plastic Roller that are even quieter (7dB reduction) than conventional Plastic Roller.
*The color of the special engineering plastic roller is a very light cream color.

Features

- By using a special Plastic Roller, noise has been reduced by an additional 7dB compared to conventional Plastic Roller.
- Mild corrosion resistance: Nickel plating on parts other than the rollers provides mild corrosion resistance.
-Lightweight: Approximately 30% lighter than steel.
- Reduced rolling resistance: Rolling resistance is reduced by approximately 30% compared to steel.
-Operating temperature range: -10℃ to 80℃.

When using stainless steel sprockets, potential corrosion may cause the rollers to wear prematurely.
