Pla Combi Chain with Attachments

- This chain uses engineering plastic Inner link (polyacetal) and 18-8 stainless steel outer link.
- It has excellent features such as Lube-free required, long life and low noise.
- We also manufacture custom-made Poly-steel chain of ISO606 standard type B.
Features
- -Lube-free and corrosion resistant.
- - Low noise: Approximately -5dB noise reduction compared to steel.
- -Lightweight: Approximately 50% lighter than steel.
- -Operating temperature range: -20℃ to 80℃.
- - The standard stainless steel RS sprocket can be used as is.
*If you are experiencing problems with Wear debris, please contact us as we also offer Poly-steel chain and specially designed sprockets that are designed with wear resistance in mind. - • ISO 606 Type B connectors can also be manufactured as custom sizes. (Supported sizes: RS08B-PC, RS10B-PC, RS12B-PC)
- - We can also manufacture special specifications, such as those with excellent chemical resistance (PCSY specifications), by changing the material of Inner link.
Precautions
- - There are no offset links. Use with an even number of links.
- ・Connecting link
- RS40-PC to RS60-PC: Same as stainless steel Drive chain (SS Series)
- RS25-PC, RS35-PC: Dedicated connecting links
- ・When replacing a stainless steel RS chain (SS Series) with an attachment Poly-steel chain:
- Check the tension on the chain.
- Use below Maximum allowable load.
- - Make sure guide channel supports the underside of Inner link.
- - Attachments other than EP attachments cannot be attached to Inner link, so they must be attached to outer link of every even numbered link.
- - The pin ends of the main body are not riveting.
When selecting sprocket specifications
It is necessary to select a sprocket specification that corresponds to the customer's operating environment and chain specifications.
For attachment-type Poly-steel chain please use our standard stainless steel RS sprockets.
