Shock Monitor TSM4000M2 Series

- Integral power type for machine tools
- This type calculates the power consumption for one cycle of the machining process to determine overload and tool wear.
Features
- ・In the case of constant pressure processing machines, even if the tool wears out, the load factor does not increase, and the processing time may increase. This is monitored by the amount of power (area).
- - after machining is complete, the upper limit (OUT2) of the integrated Power consumption is used to detect wear, and the lower limit (OUT1) is used to detect drill breakage.
- ・OUT3 monitors absolute values for overload such as jamming using instantaneous values.
- ・OUT1, OUT2, and OUT3 can be switched externally as a set up to a maximum of 8 types, allowing for changes in tools and workpieces.
- ・The accumulation time can be easily changed.
