Product Info Plastic block chain
Plastic block chain is a chain with a simple structure, consisting of block-shaped links connected by joint pins.
RS Drive chain sprockets can be used, and by using a smaller chain pitch (9.525 to 25.4 mm) than Top chain, the transition area (dead space) can be made smaller, making it easier to transfer.
The chain width is small, ranging from 13 to 63 mm, so it can be installed in small spaces.
*We also have Snap cover chain, which are steel chains with plastic covers attached and have a large allowable tension.
You can select according to the tension and environment in which it will be used.

This is a versatile plastic conveyor chain with the same chain pitch as RS Chain.
The block-shaped, smooth conveying surface provides excellent sliding properties, preventing scratches on valuable products and parts caused by sliding.
RS sprockets (standard) can be used
RS sprockets (JIS and ISO standard products) for general-purpose Drive chain can be used as is.
They are easily available and available from a wide range of products (materials, number of teeth, etc.).
Space saving: Compact conveyor design possible
The lineup includes chain pitches from 9.525 to 25.4 mm (equivalent to RS35 to RS80).
Like RS roller chain it allows for compact conveyor designs, contributing to space savings.

connecting link plate can be prevented from coming loose by attaching a plastic cover.
Please note that standard connecting links (cotter pins and spring spring clip) cannot be used.
