Compared to DT Series, the wear life between the pin and bush and between the bush and roller is significantly improved Lube-free.
・Low noise:
This is 5 to 7 dB less than steel rollers, preventing squealing noise when the rollers roll.
・Low rolling resistance:
55% reduction compared to steel rollers (Lube-free)
- Clean:
Suppresses the generation of metal wear debris.
·lightweight:
This is a 30% reduction compared to steel rollers.
・Compatibility:
It is dimensionally compatible with conveyor chains, and can be replaced with Lambda Plastic Roller conveyor chain without modification (although strength and other factors must be confirmed).
