Jaw-Flex Coupling L Series (Elastomer Coupling)

A light-load flexible coupling ideal for direct connection to general-purpose motors.
This is the simplest coupling, consisting of two hubs and one insert, and has excellent torque transmission and vibration/shock absorption capabilities, and is extremely easy to install and remove.
・Applicable shaft diameter: Φ5mm to Φ69mm
Torque range: 0.4 to 711 Nm

・Extensive standard stock of finished bore hubs

With 63 types of hole processing and 499 hole diameter combinations in stock, we can accommodate a wide range of shaft hole combinations.
・Ideal for direct connection to a motor

The design is suitable for high speed and low torque and is compatible with various sizes of general-purpose motors.
・Selectable inserts

Inserts can be selected according to the application. Please refer to item 2.
・Simple and compact structure

It has a simple and compact structure consisting of three parts, and can be connected and disconnected simply by moving it in the axial direction.
・Inexpensive

This is the most economical coupling for direct motor connection, with thorough economical design.
- Plated hubs and aluminum hubs are now standard

The plated hub is a perfect match for urethane and Hytrel ^® inserts, offering excellent corrosion resistance. Aluminum hubs are also available as standard.
