- This curved chain comes with float-preventive tabs. It prevents lift-up at corners and on ascending and descending conveyors, as well as scratches on the top surface of the plate on return-way.
- The TPU-P type is made entirely of engineering plastic, making it lightweight and easy to install and replace. It is also expected to have a longer life than the stainless steel pin type when used with water lubrication.

1. As of October 2008, the stainless steel pin type (top plate width 82.6 mm) has been redesigned to include float-preventive tabs.
