Bearing Bush Chain　NBH (High Precision) Series

This is an intermittent conveyor chain that uses special needles and has zero wear and elongation.
This makes it possible to use it in transport systems that were previously thought impossible, contributing to automation, labor savings, and higher speeds for improved productivity.
NBH (High Precision) Series has a ground surface on the top of the attachment, and the gap between the bush and roller is also reduced.

Features

- The chain stretches slightly (0.02%) when the vehicle starts to operate, but there is no subsequent wear or elongation.
- The top surface of the attachment is ground to reduce variation in height between adjacent attachments.
- The clearance between the bushing and roller is half that of Standard Series, reducing backlash when the sprocket meshes.

- RF Double pitch pitch R roller sprockets can be used.
・使用温度範囲：-10℃～150℃
- Use lubricant suitable for the operating temperature.

It is necessary to select a sprocket specification that corresponds to the customer's operating environment and chain specifications.

NBH (High Precision) Series Bearing Bush Chain please use standard steel Double pitch sprockets with R roller specifications.
