Power Cylinder T Series

- This is an electric cylinder in the medium thrust zone with a rated thrust of 2.45kN or more that can be used with AC (alternating current) power.

・Two easy-to-choose types
There are two types, each with a different safety mechanism: Type B has a built-in wet slip clutch.
Type C is equipped with a thrust detection limit switch.

We offer a wide range of standard models to suit your application, thrust, and speed. You can choose from thrusts of 2.45kN to 39.2kN and speeds of 9mm/s to 120mm/s.

All models use a highly efficient Ball screw, a quiet deceleration unit, and a highly reliable brake motor. Each series also has a highly reliable built-in safety device,
It works effectively against overload. -
・Abundant options
Two types of stroke adjustment limit switches are available: external and internal, and two types of stroke sensors are available: potentiometer and rotary encoder.
Sequencer control is now easier.
How to use each type (protective device) and its structure
Two types are available, each with a different safety mechanism.

・B type (Wet-type slip clutch)
Wet-type slip clutch is built into the screw shaft end of the reduction section. A special lining is used to provide protection in the event of an overload.
The special lining provides protection even during overstroke.

・C type (Thrust detection limit switch)
The bracket has a built-in thrust detection spring unit, which is effective when an electrical signal is required for push (pull) stop or overload.
An electrical signal is also output if an overload occurs from the load side while the motor is stopped or if the stroke is exceeded.
*In particular, when subjected to impact, the built-in spring will deflect and absorb the impact load.

V2: The power supply voltage and frequency are 380V, 60Hz.

V4: The power supply voltage and frequency are 460V, 60Hz.
T1: Heat resistance class F, resistant to 40°C.
T2: Heat resistance class F, 60°C.
