Croise Motor CSMA/CSMR/HCMA/HCMR series

- A compact, lightweight, quietly operating right-angle shaft worm reducer with motor.
- Croise Motor uses a worm gear, has right-angle shaft and high reduction ratio, and achieves space saving in the equipment layout.
- The output shaft can be selected from hollow or solid types.
- Our lineup includes three-phase motor capacities from 0.1kW to 5.5kW, and reduction ratios from 1/10 to 1/300.
- MR series is compatible with High Efficiency motors. (IE3 Class : Premium Efficiency )

・ Right-angle shaft・ High reduction ratio
The CSMA and CSMR series have a single-stage worm gear that achieves a reduction ratio of up to 1/60, while the HCMA and HCMR series have right-angle shaft type that achieves a maximum reduction ratio of up to 1/300 by combining a first-stage helical gear with a second-stage worm gear.

The CSMA and CSMR series have a simple structure that makes the motor more compact in the longitudinal direction, while the HCMA and HCMR series use a helical gear in the first stage, reducing the offset between the output shaft and input shaft of the worm gear and making it more compact in the vertical direction.

Because it is a worm gear, it operates very smoothly and quietly compared to other gear mechanisms.
In addition, the brake is a silent type, so there is no harsh metallic sound when suctioning.

Compared to other gear mechanisms, it has less backlash and can be expected to have excellent stopping position accuracy.

In the reduction ratio range of 1/10 to 1/60, the CSMA and CSMR series achieved high efficiency in the low reduction ratio range (1/10 to 1/30), while the HCMA and HCMR series achieved high efficiency in high reduction ratio range (1/40 to 1/60).

Compared to other gear mechanisms, worm gears have greater tooth root strength and are more resistant to impact.

Indicates the size of the reducer.
It is automatically determined from the motor capacity and reduction ratio.

Specify the installation direction.

Mounting Type
H: The output shaft is hollow.
U: The output shaft is a solid type and is face mounted.
L: The output shaft is solid and is Foot mount mounted.
Reduction ratio
Indicates the reduction ratio.
The range division corresponds to the frame number.
Shaft arrangement
L: When viewed from the motor side, this type has a solid output shaft on the left side.
R: When viewed from the motor side, this type has a solid output shaft on the right side.
T: A type with a solid output shaft on both sides.
No symbol: If the mounting format is a hollow shaft type (H), the shaft arrangement symbol is not required.
Specification Code
No symbol: If there is no brake, no specification symbol is required.
B: Add when brake is installed.
BE: A rotary encoder is installed at the rear of the motor. A brake is included.
SR: Install an electrical overload protection device called a "Shock Relay."
