PCSY Poly-steel chain (Super chemical resistance)

Higher corrosion resistance than PC (general-purpose) specifications
Titanium is used for the pins and outer plates, and a special engineering plastic (matt white) is used for Inner link.
Suitable for situations where the corrosion resistance of PC Poly-steel chain is insufficient.

By using titanium for the pins and outer plates and a special engineering plastic (matt white) for Inner link, it has higher corrosion resistance than PC (general-purpose) specifications.
However, please note that Maximum allowable load is 60% of that of the PC Poly-steel chain. -
・Clean and Lube-free
Since no lubrication is required, it can be used safely even in clean environments such as food processing machinery.

・Lightweight and low noise
Compared to RS standard roller chains, it achieves -5dB quieter operation and is 50% lighter.

・Operating temperature range
It can be used in temperatures ranging from -20°C to 80°C.
When selecting sprocket specifications
It is necessary to select a sprocket specification that corresponds to the customer's operating environment and chain specifications.
Special sprockets are required for the super Super chemical resistance Poly-steel chain.
