Plastic modular chain are made up of three plastic components: "module links," "pins," and "plugs," and are much lighter than metal chains.

Chain can be easily cut and connect, allowing for partial repairs and reduced maintenance time.

No special tools are required for disconnection and connection, making the process easy. Please refer to the instruction manual for each product for instructions on how to disassemble and connect each part.

  • - The top surface of the plate is smooth and has no holes
  • - Lineup of magnet types with magnets built into the chain
  • - Non-slip type ideal for transporting personnel is also available

Raised rib type

Raised rib type
  • ・When used in conjunction with a transfer plate, it prevents items from being pulled or falling over when transferring to or from a conveyor or at the entrance or exit of a machine.
  • ・Large perforated plate structure provides excellent drainage.

Open type

Open type
  • - There is a hole on the top surface of the plate
  • - Superior cleaning performance compared to closed types, ideal for draining and cooling applications

Rubber type

Rubber type
  • - High friction type with rubber two-color molding (integral molding) on the conveying surface
  • ・The inclined conveyance of the plate upper surface prevents the case and other conveyed items from slipping.

Net Type

Net Type
  • - There is a hole on the top surface of the plate
  • - Superior cleaning performance compared to closed types, ideal for draining and cooling applications
  • - There are types with a larger opening due to the hinge structure and types with a long hole based on the closed type.

Flight Type

  • ・Incline transport of boxes, cases, loose items, etc. is possible
