  • ・Amazingly long wear life

    For the previous model, the "G7-EX," Tsubaki developed seamless "solid bush" using its unique processing technology.

    High-precision solid bush and special lube dimple (LD) processing improve the lubricant retention effect, achieving twice the wear life.

    For the current model "G8" series, we have developed our own anti-rust lubricant that improves stickiness, achieving a wear life 1.2 times longer than the G7.

When selecting sprocket specifications

It is necessary to select a sprocket specification that corresponds to the customer's operating environment and chain specifications.

Use standard steel RS sprockets with RS roller chain.
