Chain types such as "closed type," "open type," "net type," "flight type," "rubber type," and "magnet type" can be selected according to the application and shape of the transported goods.

Plastic modular chain are made up of three plastic components: "module links," "pins," and "plugs," and are much lighter than metal chains.
Chain can be easily cut and connect, allowing for partial repairs and reduced maintenance time.
No special tools are required for disconnection and connection, making the process easy. Please refer to the instruction manual for each product for instructions on how to disassemble and connect each part.

Features of the wide and mold-to-width types
This chain has a single module configuration, while retaining the advantages of plastic modular chain, which allows for standardization of conveyor design when used in combination with wider types from the same series.
Ideal for conveying materials in single strand from wide conveyors or for dividing the stream.

- - The top surface of the plate is smooth and has no holes
- - Lineup of magnet types with magnets built into the chain
Transover type
- ・One side of the main body is tapered, allowing for 90-degree rotation and transfer
- ・Used at the connection point of orthogonal conveyors to eliminate remaining conveyed material
- - There is a right-hand tapered and a left-hand tapered in the direction of travel.
- *Taper: A state in which the diameter, width, thickness, etc. of a long, slender structure tapers off.
Open type
- - There is a hole on the top surface of the plate
- - Superior cleaning performance compared to closed types, ideal for draining and cooling applications
Rubber type
- - High friction type with rubber two-color molding (integral molding) on the conveying surface
- ・The inclined conveyance of the plate upper surface prevents the case and other conveyed items from slipping.
