By molding rubber into the chain's conveying surface in two colors, the conveyed items do not slip off easily, making it possible to convey items on an incline.

By installing a Φ50 round bar at the end of the conveyor, it is possible to reduce the transfer space between conveyors.
In this case, the drive is forward/reverse bottom drive. For layout information, see "Forward/reverse bottom drive layout" below.
Note: To prevent entanglement at in-line joint, install safety devices (such as a safety cover).
By providing an indented area (area without rubber), it can be used as a chain support (return roller support and rail support) on return-way of the conveyor, preventing wear on the rubber part. Note) 1
When creating an indent, combine the rubber type WT2525VG-K with the closed type WT2525-K. As shown in the photo on the right, the combination will have different exterior colors. Note 2

1. In the case of special layouts (bottom drive), the rubber part must be supported by the return roller.
2. If an indent is required, the product will be made to order (quote required for each order).
