General-purpose gear heads for servo applications achieving high economic efficiency and short lead-time.
The worm gear heads EWJMK and EWMK are right-angle shaft types that enable high strength and quiet operation.
Output shaft: solid
Compatible servo motors: 0.2 to 7kW
Reduction ratio: 1/10 to 1/60

We have adapted general-purpose gearheads for servo applications, allowing us to deliver products economically and with Quick delivery.
・Low noise and vibration

Unlike other types of gear transmission, the worm gear considerably reduces vibration and noise due to sliding contact.
・Longer oil seal life achieved - Adopts a unique new oil seal structure

The new oil seal structure incorporates a filter inside the oil seal, which prevents Wear debris from entering the seal, extending the seal's lifespan.
・High precision and compact

The basic Foot mount type has a well-balanced and optimal design, making it compact and highly accurate.

EWJMK/EWMK: These are types that are basically Foot mount. Sizes 70 and below are the EWJMK series, and sizes 80 and above are the EWMK series.

SWJMK/SWMK: These are types based on flange mounting and on-shaft mounting. Sizes 70 and below are the SWJMK series, and sizes 80 and above are the SWMK series.

Indicates the size of the reducer.

Mounting Position

E or T: E for EWJMK and SWJMK series,
For the EWMK and SWMK series, it is T.
E can be installed in all directions, and T is a type where the input shaft is above the output shaft.

B: This type has the input shaft lower than the output shaft.

V: A type in which the output shaft is vertical.
