The chain pitch is 19.05mm, which is half the chain pitch of conventional TPU types.
in-line layout minimizes dead space, allowing for smooth transfers.

-float-preventive tabs prevents floating and scratches on the conveying surface
float-preventive tabs prevents the chain from lifting up at corners or on ascending or descending conveyors.
In addition, return-way is supported by float-preventive tabs to prevent scratches on the conveying surface, making it ideal for conveying food.

・D-pins are used for the connecting pins to prevent outside link hole cracks
The cross section of the connecting pin is D-shaped and has two protrusions to prevent it from coming loose.
This protrusion catches on the inside of outside link hole in the main link, preventing the pin from coming out.
The D-pin and outside link hole of the chain are slip fit, which makes it less likely for fitting stress to occur in outside link hole of the main link, preventing cracks.
