Plastic block chain RSP/RSP-P Type

Features
- The pitch is smaller than that of Plastic top chain, allowing for a smaller sprocket outer diameter, which is effective in saving space at transfer points.
- Protects transported items and prevents scratches caused by sliding. Rust-free and hygienic.
- The self-lubricating nature of the plastic means it can be used without oil, making it ideal for environments where oil is undesirable.It is also suitable for transporting small items and pallets.
- The plastic pin type is lightweight, making it easy to install and replace, and is expected to have a longer life than the stainless steel pin type when used with water lubrication.
Note
1. RS sprockets (14T or more teeth) can be used.
2. If using at temperatures below -20°C, a special sprocket will be required. Please contact us for details.
About the model change
Plastic block chain RSP40 and RSP60 stainless steel pin type were redesigned in July 2008.

- Changed the shape of the top surface of the link
Thin-walled sections that may crack or deform have been eliminated, and the chip-resistant shape has been standardized to RSP35 and RSP50.

・The joint pin has been changed from a knurled pin to a D pin.
This reduces damage to the connecting part (outside link hole) and prevents pins from coming loose.

1. Model change products cannot be connected to conventional products.
2. When replacing, please replace one chain at a time.
