Selectable tooth fastening methods

For ring-type and block-type replaceable teeth, you can choose between spot welding or HARDLOCK Nut fastening methods for the bolts and nuts on the teeth.

Features of HARDLOCK Nut mounting specification

HARDLOCK Nut mounting specification requires no welding and is a safe installation method that does not involve the use of fire.
This nut is designed for replacement, offering high vibration resistance and streamlining the replacement process.
The reason it is resistant to vibration is due to the following anti-loosening principle.

Principle of preventing loosening

It consists of two types of nuts, one with a protruding and one with a concave shape. First, the wedge-shaped, eccentrically machined convex nut, which acts as the tightening nut, is tightened, and then the perfectly round concave nut, which acts as the locking nut, is placed over it and tightened.
This creates an effect where the entire threaded portion of the convex nut is pressed against the bolt, while the entire threaded portion of the concave nut is pressed against the bolt thread on the opposite side.
