Power Cylinder Eco series servo type

This electric cylinder is capable of high-speed, high-precision operation, making the most of the servo motor's performance.
A wide range of speeds and thrusts are possible. The lineup includes precision planetary reducers, which allows for a reduction in servo motor capacity, resulting in a lighter, more compact design and reduced initial costs.
We also provide mounts so that servo motors from various manufacturers can be attached. By coding the mounts, it is now possible to display the model number of the main unit.
Allowable thrust: 150N to 15,000kN
Nominal speed: 30-333mm/s

Features

- Maximizes servo motor performance

The combination of a highly efficient Ball screw and a highly rigid, lightweight disc coupling maximizes the performance of the servo motor.
- Achieves high stopping accuracy

High stopping accuracy is achieved by using a high-precision Ball screw. Repeated positioning accuracy is ±0.02 mm, and stopping accuracy is within ±0.1 mm. Accuracy is not affected even when a precision planetary reducer is installed.
・Effects of a precision planetary reducer

By reducing the size of the servo motor, peripheral devices such as amplifiers can also be made smaller, which reduces initial costs and also reduces power consumption, resulting in reduced running costs.

・Achieves high speed and a wide range of thrust

You can choose from servo motors from various manufacturers. The servo motors will be installed or supplied by the customer.

[Coupling]
This product uses our company's ECHT-FLEX coupling NES series, which is one of the lightest and most rigid in the industry, maximizing the performance of the servo motor.

[Ball screw]
A highly efficient Ball screw is used, which can withstand high frequency operation and is expected to have a long life.

Frame
An aluminum frame is used to reduce weight, and even when a magnetic sensor is installed, the cylinder's external dimensions remain the same.
