DCBL driver
- This is a DCBL gear motor driver exclusively for Tsubaki.
It is equipped with speed control, positioning operation, torque limit operation and various protection functions. - *The motor and driver must be used together.

By using DCBL Hypoid Motor and driver, a variety of operations can be easily achieved.

[Typical driving example]
・JOG operation
When the forward or reverse signal is turned ON, the motor starts to move.
If it remains ON, the motor will continue to operate at the set rotation speed, and if it is turned OFF, the motor will decelerate and stop.
[Usage example] Horizontal conveyor
Operation example (forward rotation) Even when transporting multiple workpieces with different masses, the speed remains stable.
A wide range of variable speed operation is possible from low to high speed.・Positioning operation
In the positioning operation mode, the forward signal acts as an operation start signal.
Unlike JOG operation, positioning operation is an operation in which once a signal is input, the set operation is completed and then the operation stops.
It is ideal for driving by repeating a set movement.

Operation example (forward rotation) Packaging machines require highly accurate intermittent operation to stop workpieces at predetermined positions.
In packaging machines where the feed amount is constant, accurate intermittent feeding is possible by using positioning operation.- Program operation
This function automatically operates in the order set in advance by parameters.

Program operation makes it possible to automatically switch the stirring speed, enabling optimal operation.
By setting multiple operating modes depending on the material being mixed, anyone can easily maintain consistent quality with just the push of a button.- Torque limited operation
This is an operation that monitors the output shaft torque and prevents it from exceeding a certain torque.

However, pulling too hard can cause breakage, so torque limiting operation is used to

- Equipped with various overload protection functions
It detects current, voltage, temperature, etc., and is capable of detecting and protecting against overload conditions.
[Usage example] Chip conveyor
This conveyor transports chips after metal processing.
The operating status is constantly monitored, so overloads caused by chips can be detected quickly.
It is possible to stop or issue an alarm. -
- Equipped with MODBUS-RTU RS485 communication function
By connecting to a PLC, predictive maintenance and remote monitoring can be achieved through communication functions.
-Various setting values can be changed using dedicated software.
Equipped with communication functions, it can quickly detect motor overheating, overload, etc. and stop the motor.
・By connecting to a PC, you can set parameters and update the dedicated driver.
Using the dedicated PC software, you can easily change the settings of each parameter.

- Simple holding function (electrical holding brake)
This function maintains the position of the motor shaft so that it does not rotate when the motor is stopped.
Because the shaft is stopped electrically, there is no need to worry about brake wear even when the motor is started and stopped frequently.

・The motor comes with a dedicated cable. When extending the cable, please use this cable to connect the connectors.
・Extend the earth wire by connecting the round crimp terminals together with screws.
- When extending the cable by adding extension cables, keep the total length of the cable to 10 m or less.
