    By using DCBL Hypoid Motor and driver, a variety of operations can be easily achieved.

    [Typical driving example]

    ・JOG operation

    When the forward or reverse signal is turned ON, the motor starts to move.

    If it remains ON, the motor will continue to operate at the set rotation speed, and if it is turned OFF, the motor will decelerate and stop.

    Operation example (forward rotation)

    Even when transporting multiple workpieces with different masses, the speed remains stable.
    A wide range of variable speed operation is possible from low to high speed.

    ・Positioning operation

    In the positioning operation mode, the forward signal acts as an operation start signal.

    Unlike JOG operation, positioning operation is an operation in which once a signal is input, the set operation is completed and then the operation stops.

    It is ideal for driving by repeating a set movement.

    Packaging machines require highly accurate intermittent operation to stop workpieces at predetermined positions.
    In packaging machines where the feed amount is constant, accurate intermittent feeding is possible by using positioning operation.

    This function automatically operates in the order set in advance by parameters.

  • - Simple holding function (electrical holding brake)

    This function maintains the position of the motor shaft so that it does not rotate when the motor is stopped.

    Because the shaft is stopped electrically, there is no need to worry about brake wear even when the motor is started and stopped frequently.

DCBL Hypoid Motor extension cable

・The motor comes with a dedicated cable. When extending the cable, please use this cable to connect the connectors.

・Extend the earth wire by connecting the round crimp terminals together with screws.

- When extending the cable by adding extension cables, keep the total length of the cable to 10 m or less.
