■Main body chain specifications
- ・ Standard Series:
The main chain is made of steel, and its main dimensions are the same as those of a regular roller chain, but the shape of the pin ends is different.
Please note that the strength is weaker than RS roller chain for drives.
- ・ NP Series (Ni plating):
The main chain is Standard Series and nickel plated.
The Ni plating gives it a beautiful appearance and makes it rust-resistant.
- ・ AS Series:
The pins, bushings and rollers of the main chain are made of precipitation hardened stainless steel, and the plates are made of 18-8 stainless steel.
Furthermore, it can be used in environments where corrosion resistance and strength are required.
Note: Standard Series, NP Series, and AS Series, the chain section needs to be oiled.
