- The chain pitch is about half that of conventional Plastic top chain, which reduces conveyor noise and reduces gaps at transfer points.
Features
- - Uses a chain pitch that is approximately half that of conventional Plastic top chain, which reduces conveyor noise and reduces gaps at transfer points.
- -Only TPS type sprockets (odd number of teeth) can be used, allowing parts to be standardized.
- - Chain with float-preventive tabs. Prevents lifting at corners and on ascending and descending conveyors, as well as scratches on the top surface of the plate on return-way.
Note) Chain pitch: 19.265 is set so that the links engage with all the teeth of the TPS type sprocket (TTUP1012T: 21 actual number of teeth).
