- With a larger allowable tension than the TTP type (approximately 1.4 times), it is ideal for conditions where more load is applied.
- The plate has many holes, which are effective for removing excess lubricant and water remaining on the top surface of the plate.
- The same sprockets can be used with the curved conveyor Plastic top chain (TTUP, TPU type).
Features
- - A comb-tooth plate is used to reduce the gap between the front and rear links, making it ideal for transporting unstable containers such as plastic bottles and dessert cups.
- ・Improved flatness of the plate top surface, which is effective in preventing containers from flapping and tipping over.
- - Numerous holes are placed on the plate, which are effective for removing excess lubricant and water remaining on the top surface of the plate.
- - With the same basic dimensions as the TPS type, stable container transport is possible by simply replacing the chain.
- · The TPH-P type (plastic pin type) is made entirely from engineering plastic resin, making it lightweight and easy to install and replace.
- Additionally, under water lubrication, it is expected to have a longer life than the stainless steel pin type.
