Features

- Uses a D-pin shape with a protrusion on one side
Compared to conventional knurled pin specifications, this prevents pins from coming loose and pin hole fitting cracks. It also prevents poor bending caused by the link legs collapsing when cut and connect.

- Pivot mis-attachment prevention mechanism installed
The pivot and the back of the link are equipped with a mechanism to prevent mis-engagement. This prevents the pivot from being inserted in the wrong direction when assembling or cut and connect the chain, preventing poor engagement between the chain and sprocket.

The plate structure reduces the gap between the links when bending sideways, making it suitable for stable transport of transported items.

-Minimum lateral bending radius 140 mm
The side bending radius is smaller than conventional Top chain (TTUP and TPU types), making it ideal for transport conveyors in tight spaces.

allowable tension is approximately 1.8 times that of the TTUP type, making it ideal for high-load conditions.
