- RSP60-2 curved conveyor type
- This is Plastic block chain that can be used on curved conveyors.
Features
- - The curved type RSP60-2 is ideal for transporting wide items.
- - With a larger allowable tension (approximately 1.3 times) than the RSP60-CU type, it is ideal for conditions with higher loads.
- - Comes with float-preventive tabs to prevent the chain from floating up on curved sections of the conveyor.
- Note: Plastic pin type cannot be manufactured.
About one-piece sprockets
- This is an integrated sprocket exclusively for the RSP-2/RSP-CU-2 models.
Note) (JIS standard) RS60-2 row sprockets cannot be used.
About the two-piece type
- Use two RS60B type (machined) sprockets together.
- Adjust the width by adding distance between the sprockets.
Note
1. For inquiries about sprockets, please contact Sprocket CS.
2. RS60-2 row sprockets cannot be used.
3.Make sure the teeth of the two sprockets are aligned.
4. Use a sprocket with 12 teeth or more.
5. If you order it as a set with a sprocket, the distance will be made as a special order item.
