Combining with a nose bar allows for a compact in-line layout. WT1500 series
By combining it with the transover type (TOD chain) of the same series, an orthogonal layout is possible, with no remaining conveyed items.
This is the most popular series for transporting small containers where tipping or residue of transported items is undesirable.

Features

・Even with in-line or orthogonal layouts, smooth delivery of transported items with minimal residue is achieved.

When combined with GTO-K, GTO-M, or TOD (transover type) chains for orthogonal conveyance, dead plates can be eliminated, enabling transfer with minimal remaining conveyed products.

-Meandering prevention attachment available

The GTO-K, GTO-M, and TOD types are equipped with a meandering prevention attachment, which prevents meandering even at high speeds, and ensures stable transport even when transferring loads horizontally between conveyors.
- Uses a glossy surface without grain (RN specification)

The extremely smooth conveying surface prevents the conveyed items from getting caught.

The WT1505RN-K and WT1505GTORN-K are ideal for transporting cans with the cut edge facing down to prevent them from tipping over in the can manufacturing industry, and for inclined or vertical transport using vacuum or magnets to prevent cans from slipping off.
