Features

  • ・Stable transport

    By adopting a short pitch (chain pitch 19.05 mm), knocking and pulsation during transport are suppressed.

  • - Lineup of molded perforated types ideal for vacuum transport

    The BTCP6 type is a perforated version of the BTC6 type. These holes can be used for vacuum transport of transported items. *In order to specify the hole positions, a special drawing is required.

  • -float-preventive tabs

    The BTC6-T type can be used on inclined and vertical vacuum transport conveyors by adding a floating prevention attachment (tab) to the BTC6 type.

  • - Uses a glossy surface without grain (RN specification)

    The extremely smooth conveying surface prevents the conveyed items from getting caught.

    The BTC6RN, BTC6RN-T and BTO6RN are ideal for transporting cans with the cut edge facing down in the can manufacturing industry to prevent them from tipping over, and for inclined or vertical transport using vacuum or magnets to prevent cans from slipping off.
