Small size conveyor chain are chains for small transport applications that incorporate attachments into Drive chain or double pitch chain.
There is a wide variety of attachments available, and by adding slats, bars, special jigs, etc., it is possible to transport items of any shape.
The intermeshing drive eliminates slippage and allows for a wide range of operation depending on the conveyor length, transport direction, and operating environment.

Small size conveyor chain types and structures
Double pitch
- - Compared to the RS type with attachment, the chain pitch is double (Double pitch) and the plate shape is flat.
- - There are two types of rollers: R rollers and S rollers, which can be used depending on the application.
- -Double pitch pitch sprockets and RS sprockets (S rollers with 30 or more teeth) can be used.
- -Suitable for relatively long distance, low speed transport.

RS Attachment Chains
- - This is a chain with an attachment attached to an RS roller chain (for transmission) type plate.
- - The chain pitch is small, so small items can be transported at small intervals, making it generally suitable for short-distance transport.
- - Fast, smooth and quiet driving.
- - In most cases, RS sprockets can be used.

This is one of the parts that bears the tension acting on the chain. The precision of the holes into which the pins or bushes are press fit determines the quality of the chain, so they are machined particularly precisely to create a tough plate with high fatigue strength and impact resistance. |  |
Both ends of the pin are press fit into holes in the outer plate and secured with rivets (Hollow Pin chains and Poly-steel chain are only press fit). Organization
Attachments can be installed at intervals of one link or more, but when installing them at every even number of links, they should be installed on outer link, which makes them convenient for repairs.

What is a free flow chain?
A free flow conveyor is a conveyor that has the function of stopping the conveyed goods at any position on the conveyor with an external stopper while the chain continues to move, performing the work, and then releasing the stopper when the work is completed, and then continuing to convey the goods again.
The chain used in this free flow conveyor is called a free flow chain.
Our lineup includes Double Plus Free Flow Chains that enable high-speed transport at 2.5 times the chain speed, Double Pitch Chain with outboard rollers chains that maintain a constant speed of 1:1 between the chain and the transported object, double-pitch chains with side rollers, double-pitch chains Double pitch top rollers, RS chains with outboard roller, and RS chains with top rollers.

Double Plus Free Flow Chains

The unique structure combines small and large diameter rollers, achieving high speed conveyance 2.5 times faster than the chain speed.
This is a free-flow chain that makes this possible.
- - The chain speed is low, allowing for quiet accumulation.
- - You can select the combination of chain body (4 types) and rollers (7 types) to suit your application.
The lineup also includes a snap cover that prevents parts from falling into the frame. - ・ Standard Series:
The chain body is made of steel, and the combination of rollers (7 types) can be selected to suit the application. - ・Lambda specifications:

The chain body is hard chrome plated and the rollers are made of engineering plastic, making it suitable for use in clean rooms and other applications where rust is unacceptable. - ・ SS Series:
SS Series uses stainless steel for the main body and the rollers are made of engineering plastic, making it corrosion resistant. - ・Snap cover included:
