Flow Conveyor Chain

This chain is designed specifically for flow conveyors to transport powder and granular materials in sealed cases.
Under the name "Tsubaki Flow," we boast a long track record of adoption and high technology.
The lineup includes horizontal flow, inclined vertical flow, and grain flow conveyors.
We also offer FA specifications with bushings and rollers that have been specially hardened to improve wear resistance.

*Please also consider the "Screw Lock Link," a connecting link that makes connection and disconnection easy.

Features and attachments

- Flow conveyors transport powder and granular materials in a sealed case, so the materials do not scatter, making them bulk item bulk material conveyors for preventing pollution.
・Based on our extensive experience and track record, we can recommend and provide the most suitable attachments depending on the type of transport, such as horizontal flow, inclined vertical flow, grain flow, and the items being transported.
- The attachment material is standard carbon steel, but stainless steel can also be manufactured.
We will propose the most suitable specifications for the main body material depending on the properties of the transported items. Please contact us for details.

Horizontal Flow Conveyor Chain Attachment Types

- The attachment material is standard carbon steel, but stainless steel can also be manufactured upon request.
・The standard chain body materials are DT Series and AT Series specifications, but other chain specifications can also be selected depending on the nature of the transported goods.
・We recommend the W attachment over the U2V and U2VN attachments in terms of price and delivery time.

Horizontal Flow Conveyor Chain Attachment Types

When installing a flow attachment every two links, it is usually installed on Inner link.
In this case, the attachment format will end with RL (e.g., 2LKL45RL).

Types of Conveyor Chain Attachments for Inclined Vertical Flow

・Attachment type and use

UM (round): For general powder transport
UK (square): For conveying lumpy, powdery or adhesive materials
U2M (round), U2NM (round): For transport with higher transport efficiency than UM
U2K (square), U2NK (square): For transport with higher transport efficiency than UK

-When installing a flow attachment every two links, it is usually installed on Inner link.
・In this case, the attachment format will end with RL (e.g. 2LUM32RL).
