  • This chain is simple, strong, and has excellent rigidity and tensile strength.
  • This chain is made up of two outer plates, one or two Inner link, and a pin, and has excellent structural rigidity and high tensile strength per unit of chain mass, making it very tough.
  • In addition, hardened steel is used for the main parts, making them highly resistant to wear and heat.
  • Normally, dogs are attached to the chain as shown in the diagram below, but we also manufacture dogs for flow applications.

Purpose

  • - Towing carts, etc.
  • ・When transporting high-temperature items (direct loading)
  • ・For draw benches

Dog

There are various types of dogs, but here are the main ones.

  • ・Fixed dog

    Inner link or outer plate is raised to push the transported items.

    固定式ドッグ

  • ・ Tilting dog

    The items being transported in front are pushed forward in the same way as with a fixed dog, but when an item comes from behind, the dog tilts forward to allow the item to pass.

    Once the transported item has passed, the dog automatically returns to its original position.

    チルチングドッグ

  • ・Ducking Dog

    The dog sends the transported goods along guide channel, but if guide channel is interrupted, the dog ducks and passes underneath, leaving the transported goods behind.

    ダッキングドッグ

  • ・Tilting, ducking dog

    This dog can be used as both tilting dog and a ducking dog.
    When passing over guide channel, the transported items are pushed forward, and items coming from behind are allowed to pass through as is. When guide channel stops, the transported items pass underneath, leaving them in place.
