This Cable Carrier (CABLEVEYOR) is quieter, generates less dust, and generates less vibration than the TKP MW specification, allowing for high-speed operation.
- Achieves ISO Class 4 cleanliness (based on our in-house testing results).
-Protects cables and hoses under high speed and high acceleration conditions.

Features

1. Low noise

The short pitch reduces bending noise and collision noise with the floor, resulting in low noise.

・Relationship between pitch and noise

Conventional Cable Carrier (CABLEVEYOR) have a link structure, which causes polygonal movement, resulting in bending noises and collision noises with the floor.

The TKQ type uses a relatively soft resin and Tsubaki's unique special continuous structure, which results in little bending noise, and the bending motion is close to a circular arc, which means there is little impact noise with the floor, making it low noise.

2. Low dust generation

The special continuous structure of the links eliminates sliding wear between the pins and pin holes, reducing dust generation.

3. long life

Wire is built into the side bands, making it highly resistant to bending.

It survived an internal durability test of 12 million strokes without breaking.

4. flexible

The side bands are flexible and can withstand slight twisting and bending.

5. High speed and high acceleration

It is lightweight and the bending section is close to a circular arc, allowing it to run with low vibration.

(Maximum travel speed m/min 600m/min, maximum acceleration 4G)

6. Supports multi-level partitions

The storage space can be divided into multiple levels, allowing for greater flexibility in layout.
