  • BS standard (European standard) roller chains require special BS sprockets.
    (JIS standard RS sprockets cannot be used due to different tooth width and outer diameter dimensions.)
  • Since this is a made-to-order product, we can also accommodate sizes not listed in the dimension list, tooth tip hardening specifications, and shaft hole machining. Please contact us for details.
  • We can also handle sizes not listed in the dimension list (e.g. 20B, 56B, etc.). Please contact us for details.

  • For Torque Limiter, which are Mechanical protector, the finish of the center member friction surface is important for accurate and reliable overload detection.
  • Torque Limiter sprockets have been specially treated to achieve an ideal surface finish with minimal surface roughness.
