| 1 | After the coupling is assembled, the disc moves axially. |

| Cause 1 | A thrust load is applied to the coupling | Solution | Loosen the locking nut once and reassemble the coupling without applying any thrust load. |

| 2 | When used at high speeds, vibration and noise from the coupling can become a problem. |

| Cause 1 | Balance adjustment is required after assembly of the device | Solution | If you specify the balance grade and rotation speed, we will consider whether or not adjustment is possible. |

| 3 | The coupling is damaged |

| Cause 1 | A load exceeding the allowable torque is applied | Solution | Please select a torque load that is within the allowable torque in the catalog. |

| Cause 2 | The allowable misalignment is exceeded | Solution | Please use within the allowable misalignment range. |
| 4 | Slip from the clamp fastening part |

| Cause 1 | The clamp bolt tightening torque is insufficient | Solution | After checking that there is no damage to the slip point, use a torque wrench to tighten the clamp bolt to the specified tightening torque. |
