PowerRigid Coupling (Rigid Coupling)

- A rigid coupling for machine tools that achieves highly reliable fastening with a taper lock structure.
- Since it does not have any flexible elements, it cannot absorb misalignment. Use it only if reliable centering is possible.
- ・Applicable shaft diameter: Φ16mm to Φ48mm
- Torque range: 78 to 489 Nm

- Straight shaft type and tapered shaft type available
Compatible with tapered shaft servo motors, and applies adapters for Φ11 tapered shaft and Φ16 tapered shaft.

・Secure fastening
By adopting the taper lock method, a greater shaft fastening force has been achieved.

The structure does not have flexible elements, so it has high rigidity.

・Non-backlash
The taper lock method uses frictional fastening, so there is no backlash.

・Compact and low moment of inertia
The axial length has been shortened to the maximum extent possible, allowing for a compact design.The polygonal outer ring shape also reduces the moment of inertia.
