Purpose
Made from ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), it offers excellent sliding properties and abrasion resistance.
We have a wide variety of products available, and they are commonly used for rails.

Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE)
It has excellent properties such as sliding properties, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, impact resistance, and non-water absorption, and is widely used in industrial equipment parts such as rails and linings.
We stock a wide range of sizes of sheets, round bars, rails, etc., and we also manufacture processed and molded products according to your requests.

General-purpose use
P Plastic rail: Symbol = P
- - This is a plastic rail made from ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), which has traditionally been used as a general-purpose product.
- ・We recommend using this product with a stainless steel chain. If using this product with a plastic chain, we recommend using it under wet conditions.
(In dry conditions, more Wear debris may be generated.) - - Operating temperature range: -20 to 60°C
- - Do not use in an atmosphere where steam is present.
When you want to reduce the generation of Wear debris
M Plastic rail: Symbol = M
- ・This plastic rail is designed specifically for use under dry conditions. It is especially recommended when you are having trouble with Wear debris.
- - Operating temperature range: -20 to 80°C
- Do not use in wet conditions.
PLF Plastic rail: Symbol = PLF low friction and wear resistant specification
- - The coefficient of dynamic friction is lower than that of conventional plastic rails, which suppresses the generation of wear debris in dry environments.
- - Materials used comply with the Food Sanitation Act (Ministry of Health and Welfare Notification No. 370).
