Ideal for replacing belt conveyors
Prevents slippage of transported items and ensures reliable incline transport!
Herringbone-shaped rubber is attached to the conveying surface using two-color molding (molding different materials into one piece).
The conveying surface has high friction, which prevents the conveyed items from slipping and is suitable for inclined conveyance.
Furthermore, in addition to Plastic modular chain 's features of "easy maintenance" and "reliable drive," the WT1510 series' features of "chain width can be organized in 50mm increments" and "nose bar in-line layout is possible" make it ideal for replacing belt conveyors.

- Note) The maximum tilt angle is a guideline without lubrication. It may differ depending on the transport conditions and specifications.
[Maximum inclination angle: 20 degrees] The rubber on the conveying surface provides high friction and prevents slipping.
By molding herringbone-shaped rubber onto the conveying surface of the chain, conveyed items are less likely to slip off, making incline conveyance possible.

Allows for smooth transfer to the next process
Compared to the WTM2535G-M (magnet type) and WT1515F-W (flight type), the WT1515VG-W (rubber type) can be used by in-line conveyors together without placing a transfer plate between them, allowing conveyed items to be transferred smoothly to the next process.

Easy maintenance and partial repairs possible
Chains with widths of 50mm and 100mm use a slit pin system with an integrated plug. Maintenance is easy and partial repairs are possible.
- Notes: 1. Also compatible with the conventional main body pin + plug fastening method.
- 2. Chains with a width of 150mm or more will be fastened with a pin and plug.
