We've added a rubber type to our WT1510 series of Plastic modular chain, ideal for replacing belt conveyors, making them perfect for inclined conveying.
By using two-color molding (integral molding of different materials) and attaching herringbone-shaped rubber to the conveying surface, the conveying surface becomes highly frictional, suppressing slippage of conveyed objects during inclined conveyance.
The two-color molded rubber allows for inclined transport at a maximum inclination angle of 20° (*1).
Furthermore, depending on the material of the transported object and the operating environment, the optimal rubber material can be selected from two types: "standard" and "urethane".
You can choose.
■Standard specifications: Excellent hydrolysis resistance, widely compatible with general inclined conveying applications.
■Urethane specification: Excellent wear resistance suppresses friction and adhesion of Wear debris to mirror-finish conveyed objects (※2)

The WT1515VG-W type (rubber type) allows for the conveyor to be used with the conveyors in-line without the need for a transfer plate between them, enabling smooth transfer of conveyed items to the next process.
It is compatible with conveyor belts of 50mm and 100mm widths, making it ideal for replacing belt conveyors.

The rubber on the conveying section securely grips and pulls the corrugated cardboard sheet, making it ideal for applications where only the required amount needs to be precisely cut and transported.

Taking advantage of its small pitch (chain pitch 15mm), it enables a compact conveyor in-line layout that minimizes dead space.
The high-friction rubber on the transport surface provides a firm grip on the bottom, preventing suitcases from sliding or tipping over.
