Double Plus Free Flow Chains
- This free-flow chain has a unique structure that combines small and large diameter rollers, enabling high-speed transport at 2.5 times the chain speed.
- The chain speed is low, allowing for quiet accumulation.
- You can choose the combination of chain body (4 types) and rollers (7 types) to suit your application.
- The lineup also includes a snap cover that prevents parts from falling into the frame.

- *The plate shapes are different for Double Plus Free Flow Chains and Double Plus Free Flow Chains with snap covers.
Please note that snap covers cannot be installed on existing Double Plus Free Flow Chains.

Chain body and roller combination
The combination of chain body and rollers can be selected according to the application. Please check the roller specifications for each application below.
Structure
No snap cover

- *The x mark indicates press fit. The other parts are slip fit.
- ・Lambda specifications
The bushings are made of special oil-impregnated sintered material.
The bushing is press fit into the inner plate.
The pins are specially nickel plated.
The inner and outer plates are black oxide finish.
With snap cover

- ・The X mark indicates press fit. Other parts are slip fit.
- ・For the snap cover type, only the plate shape of the snap cover mounting part differs from the Double Plus Chain shown in the figure above.
- - The snap cover can be attached and removed.
- ・For the Lambda specification, please refer to the explanation of the structure diagram without the snap cover.
Snap Cover included
- - A light gray engineering plastic snap cover is provided to cover the gaps between the large diameter rollers and between the small diameter rollers.
Prevents bolts, nuts, etc. from getting caught or falling off.
About each specification
- ・Standard specification (without snap cover/with snap cover)
Standard Series chain body is made of steel, and rollers (7 types) can be combined to suit the application. (VRPUA and VRPUB are RF2030 only.) - ・Lambda specification (without snap cover / with snap cover)
The Lambda specification uses special oil-impregnated bush, allowing for long-term use Lube-free. - ・HCP specification (without snap cover/with snap cover)
The HCP specification chain body is hard chrome plated and the rollers are made of engineering plastic, making it suitable for use in clean rooms and other applications where rust is unacceptable. - ・ SS Series (without snap cover / with snap cover)
SS Series uses stainless steel for the main body and the rollers are made of engineering plastic, making it corrosion resistant.
Although it is non-magnetic, it may become slightly magnetic due to plastic changes during part processing and assembly. If you require a completely non-magnetic material, please contact us.
