Double Pitch Chain with outboard rollers
- Double Pitch Chain with outboard rollers are free-flow chains in which the pins of Double pitch are extended and free-rotating outboard roller are attached to them.
- Since multiple outboard roller can be attached, it is suitable for conveyors that directly carry small transported items.
- Standard Series, lambda (Lube-free) specifications, and SS (stainless steel) specifications are available.

About each specification
Standard Series
- · The chain body is made of steel, and you can choose between steel and Plastic Roller rollers for the R rollers only.
- Steel roller
- - All parts are made of steel and are heat-treated and hardened.
- ・使用温度範囲：-10℃～150℃
- ・Lubricating is required.
- Plastic R Roller (engineering plastic)
- - Lightweight (30% lighter than steel), low noise (5-7dB lower than steel)
- - Rolling resistance (30% reduction compared to steel)
- ・使用温度範囲：-10℃～80℃
- ・Oil must be applied between the pin and bushing. The engineering plastic roller is white.
Lambda (Lube-free) specification
- - By using special oil-impregnated bush, it can be used for a long period of time Lube-free.
*The steel outboard roller require oiling. - -allowable tension is the same as Standard Series, but the inner and outer plates are black oxide finish for identification purposes.

- - Avoid using in chemicals, underwater, or in cleaning or degreasing environments.
- ・Production is limited to RF2060.
- Outboard roller are available in engineering plastic rollers (Plastic Roller, plastic brake rollers, conductive rollers) and steel rollers.
SS (stainless steel) specifications
- - All parts except the pin (precipitation hardened stainless steel) are made of 18-8 stainless steel and are corrosion resistant.
- - S rollers are stainless steel rollers, and Double pitch R rollers can be selected from two types: Plastic Roller and stainless steel rollers.

- - The chain body and body rollers are made of stainless steel and are corrosion resistant.

- ・Lubricating is required.

Note
1. For convenience, the term "chain body" refers to the entire chain excluding outboard roller.
2. *1 Even if the chain itself is a lambda chain, the steel outboard roller must be oiled.
3. Only outboard roller mounting pin (※2) is made of precipitation hardening stainless steel.
4. When the conductive roller and chain body are NP Series, the brake is a spring brake.
5. If outboard roller are KV rollers, the main rollers will be S rollers.
6. *3 If the chain body is SS Series, the rollers will be stainless steel.
When selecting sprocket specifications
It is necessary to select a sprocket specification that corresponds to the customer's operating environment and chain specifications.
For Double Pitch Chain with outboard rollers, please use standard steel Double pitch sprockets.
If the sprocket has 30 or more teeth on the S roller, an RS sprocket can be used.

Unless otherwise specified, chains with outboard roller will be delivered in units of 1 unit (1 chain length).
